Shopping with VENRO

These terms apply to purchases and use of the VENRO online store. Our store is hosted by Shopify. Please review the product information, shipping policy, returns and order issues policy and privacy policy before ordering. For questions, contact a1714415306@gmail.com.

Products and personalization

Our personalized license plates are decorative novelty products, not government-issued registration plates. They must not replace or obscure a legally required plate. Check product dimensions and local requirements before vehicle use.

You are responsible for checking the personalization information you submit, including spelling, state design, font, text color, artwork and shipping address. The on-screen layout is a reference, not a photograph or a guarantee of exact printed color. Product descriptions identify the included items; a frame is not included with a plate unless the listing expressly says otherwise.

Uploaded artwork and design approval

Only upload artwork you own or have permission to reproduce. You give VENRO and its production providers permission to use your submitted content to prepare and fulfill your order. Contact us before ordering if your request requires special placement or design work.

Standard text-only designs are made using the submitted details without a separate emailed proof. Image uploads, special instructions and complex lettering require a design proof and your approval before production. Approval time is additional to the usual preparation estimate.

Prices and orders

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Shipping and any applicable taxes are shown before checkout is completed. Please review your order total before paying. An order confirmation records your submitted order. If an item is unavailable or we discover an error that prevents fulfillment, we will contact you and arrange a correction or refund as appropriate.

Delivery, changes and order issues

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. Standard text orders usually dispatch in about 3 days and arrive around 7 days from ordering; proof approval and destination can add time. Request changes or cancellation before production starts. Please see our shipping and returns policies for details, including reporting print errors, damage or missing items within 7 days of delivery.

Use of the site

Do not use this store to submit unlawful content, infringe another person's rights, interfere with the website or place fraudulent orders. Store photography, design artwork and other original content may not be reused without the appropriate permission.

Questions and updates

We may update these terms for future use of the store. The version available when you place your order applies to that order. For assistance, use our contact form or email a1714415306@gmail.com. We reply within 1–2 business days. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
