Shipping policy

Where we ship

Our current personalized VENRO plates ship from Pomona, California, to the 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. Standard shipping is $7.99 USD per order. We do not currently ship to U.S. territories or military APO/FPO addresses. Future product categories may have different delivery terms, which will be shown on their product pages.

Preparation and arrival

Standard text-only orders dispatch in approximately 3 days. Estimated arrival is around 7 days after ordering, including preparation. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Delivery can vary by destination and carrier conditions.

Uploaded images, special instructions and complex lettering require an emailed design proof before production. Please watch your checkout email and approve the proof. Time spent preparing, reviewing and approving a proof can extend the usual preparation and arrival estimates.

Tracking your order

Use the order-status link in your confirmation email to review your order. When tracking is added after shipment, your order-status page will show the available carrier information. Tracking scans may take time to appear. See order help and tracking for assistance.

Address changes and delivery issues

Check your address before ordering. Request changes immediately by contacting a1714415306@gmail.com with your order number. Changes require our confirmation and may not be possible after production or dispatch. If a shipment is delayed, missing, or marked delivered but cannot be found, contact us so we can investigate.

For print errors, damage or missing items in a delivered order, contact us within 7 days of delivery. See our returns and order issues policy. We reply within 1–2 business days.
