Follow your personalized order from design to delivery.
1. Find your order confirmation
Open the confirmation email sent to your checkout email address and select the order-status link. Check your spam folder if you cannot find it. Your order number helps us locate an order, but we may also need to verify your checkout email.
2. Check whether a design proof is needed
Standard text-only designs are made from your submitted details. Orders with uploaded images, special instructions or complex lettering require an emailed design proof. Please reply with your approval before production. Proof preparation and approval can extend the usual delivery estimate.
3. Follow shipment updates
Once your order is shipped and tracking is added, the order-status page shows the available carrier tracking details. A newly created shipping label may not show a carrier scan immediately.
Our usual timing
Standard text orders dispatch in about 3 days and usually arrive around 7 days after ordering, including preparation. Estimates vary by destination. Proof orders can take longer. Standard U.S. shipping is $7.99 per order to the 50 states and Washington, D.C.
